General Trading Conditions

These General Trading Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) of PŘEMYSL SIGNATURE, with its registered office at Měnín 299, 664 57 Měnín, ID No.: 23934131, registered under file number C 148198/KSBR with the Regional Court in Brno, govern the mutual rights and obligations arising in connection with the purchase agreement concluded via the e-shop www.premyslhytych.cz (“Agreement”).

Information regarding the processing of personal data is provided in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the Agreement. The Agreement is concluded in the Czech language; in English upon agreement. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, provided that such amendments do not apply to Agreements already concluded.

1. Definitions

  • Price – the price of the Goods
  • Shipping Cost – delivery costs, including packaging
  • Total Price – Price + Shipping Cost
  • VAT – value-added tax
  • Invoice – tax document
  • Order – a proposal to enter into a Contract
  • Goods – products offered in the e-shop

2. General Provisions

  • Purchases can only be made through the e-shop.
  • The Buyer is required to provide accurate information.

3. Conclusion of the Contract

The Contract is concluded through the e-shop. The Order is binding once it is submitted. The Buyer must confirm their agreement to the Terms and Conditions before submitting the Order.

The contract is formed upon confirmation of the order via email.

The seller reserves the right to refuse an order (e.g., due to product unavailability or a pricing error).

4. Price and Payment

  • Prices are available upon request.
  • All prices include VAT.
  • Payment: bank transfer.
  • Due date: 3 days (unless otherwise specified).

The invoice is sent electronically after payment.

6. Delivery of Goods

  • Delivery within 14 days (approximately).
  • Delivery within the Czech Republic only.
  • The buyer is required to inspect the shipment upon receipt.

Failure to accept the shipment may result in charges for redelivery.

7. Complaints

The goods are free of defects upon receipt. In the event of a defect, the buyer has the right to:

  • repair 
  • replacement
  • discount
  • withdrawal from the contract (as provided by law)

Complaints may be submitted by email or in writing.
